Lauren Elias is a Customer Success Manager at Workaround, overseeing the German and Dutch markets.
She began her flex industry journey in 2017 with Mindspace, where she discovered her passion for sales. After advancing to a Portfolio Lead role at FORA, she joined Workaround in March 2024 to focus on brokerage, combining her knowledge of providers and passion for different flex solutions.
Based in Berlin, Lauren can often be found touring coworking spaces and guiding clients to find their perfect space. Outside of work, she’s an avid drummer, enthusiastic traveler, and has recently celebrated becoming a German citizen!
