Maudy Westerveld is the Director of EBC Amsterdam, where she leads with empathy, clarity, and a strong focus on solutions. She started her career at EBC 14 years ago as a temp while completing her bachelor’s degree, steadily growing into her leadership role through drive, resilience, and a deep understanding of people.
With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, starting out as a cheese maiden (yes, there’s photographic evidence!) Maudy is currently known for her optimistic, solution-driven leadership style and her ability to bring out the best in people.
In 2024, she led the acquisition of EBC’s eighth location on one of Amsterdam’s iconic canals, continuing the company’s legacy of nearly 50 years in creating thoughtful, flexible workspaces.
