A graduate of École des Mines de Nantes and HEC, Mehdi Dziri is the CEO of Ubiq, the leading platform for flexible real estate in France (operated offices, coworking, and subleasing).
In 2020, he joined Bureaux à Partager as CEO to accelerate the transformation of the office market and launch Ubiq, with the ambition of structuring and bringing greater clarity to the full spectrum of flexible workspace solutions for companies.
For the past five years, under his leadership, Ubiq has published Ubiqdata, a leading market study on the evolution of the office market in France, the rise of flexible workspace usage, and the adaptation of the sector’s economic models.
He began his career at FABERNOVEL (later acquired by EY), supporting large corporations in the design of products and services. This experience led him to take an early interest in the profound shifts reshaping work and commercial real estate, which he now helps structure through Ubiq.
