Miguel Gomes is the founder Nimbler Spaces, a flexible workspaces brand which operates locations in the US, Spain and Portugal.
Miguel’s journey in the flexible offices market began in 2015 in central Lisbon when he co-founded Goldenhub, now known as Maleo. Initially operating with a modest 300 m2 office space, the company expanded to become the second-largest Flex Offices operator in Lisbon, with more than 12500 m2. In 2020, he transitioned to a consulting role with WorkplaceCompass, focusing on operations in Portugal and Spain. From their Lisbon office, Miguel and his team guided operators in optimizing their market strategies and assisted clients in finding ideal workspaces.
In May 2021, Miguel launched Nimbler, aiming to explore new opportunities overseas. Starting in Miami and Chicago, Nimbler quickly identified and reinvented key locations. The company prides itself on offering premium office locations at fair prices, creating vibrant business communities. Since its inception,
Nimbler has opened locations in Miami, Chicago, Barcelona, and Lisbon, with plans for further expansion in the US and Europe. The company has experienced significant growth, doubling its team size and hosting over 100 companies, from startups to NASDAQ-listed and unicorn firms.
