In 2013, Nicolas joined the board of Parkoffice, a business center group offering flexible office solutions and meeting rooms in Belgium. Later he expanded SmartCheckups into new markets, from a residential checkup app tailored to the Belgian market towards a property inspection platform for any property on any market.
Three years ago, Nicolas Kint founded Rialto, helping workspace operators and brokers automate their sales routine at getrialto.com. He currently serves as CEO.
