Oliver is the General Manager Germany of Mindspace, a global-boutique flex space provider. He has more than 12 years of experience in working in the tech and real estate industry and held executive positions in sales and operations in companies such as Houzz, Wimdu and AS-Unternehmensgruppe. Oliver has set up and expanded several Europe-wide sales- and customer care departments and he believes that providing the right workplace helps to increase employee productivity, and to attract and retain the best talent.
