Patrick is joint owner of the Hub, Newry, of the first collaborative workspaces located in Northern Ireland, and currently have one site with a second under construction.
The Hub is a collaborative, shared office space, comprised of serviced hot-desking, meeting rooms, company registered address & mailbox facilities as well as administrative & business support all on affordable membership tariffs. It has been featured in the local press such is the unique nature of the design, concept and the fit-out being based on upcycled and reused construction materials.
Patrick is also Head consultant of Capsure Tax, providing industry leading experience in capital allowances and property tax consultancy.
