Rafał Pisklewicz is managing partner at The Shire – one of the fastest growing Coworking company in Poland.
He has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, having held several managerial positions at Immofinanz. As a Team Leader Office Poland and Group Leasing (CEE), he was responsible for managing a team of asset and leasing managers, as well as Immofinanz’s office portfolio in Poland. He has overseen a portfolio of over 500k sqm in Poland and has been instrumental in some of the biggest commercial real estate deals in the country. He also worked closely with teams in CEE, including Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary, introducing rental strategies in each market.
Prior to his time at Immofinanz, Rafał spent 4 years at Intelligent Technologies S.A., a teleinformation company.
Rafał is a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Warsaw. In his free time, he enjoys hiking some of the world’s highest mountains, sailing, and has a passion for international politics and negotiations.
