In this role, she leads the regional implementation of the global strategic direction with a focus on expanding high-quality experiences for member companies and employees, close cooperation with members, landlords, brokers and other partners, and profitable growth tailored to regional market characteristics.
Rebecca Nachanakian has over 15 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry: prior to joining WeWork, she was General Manager of Jumeirah Hotel Resorts, where she led the overall performance of all hotels and staff.
