Richard Louis Gross joined the AllOfficeCenters Team in January 2020 after gaining more than 13 years’ experience in tenant representation with CRE brokerages such as JLL & Knight Frank amongst others.
Richard’s commercial real estate background coupled with AllOfficeCenters’ exclusive focus on the coworking & flex office space market, positions him to expertly handle all facets of leasing and developing flexible office space.
In addition to working closely with companies of all sizes in finding flex office solutions all over the world, Richard also guides and supports flex office providers with their expansion into new locations and advises property owners and investors in selecting flexible office concepts for their portfolios.
