Ronan Pelloux is the CEO of Snapdesk, one of the pioneers of the serviced office model in Paris.
Founded in 2019, Snapdesk has developed a hybrid model combining the flexibility of coworking with the privacy and independence of a traditional office lease. The concept is simple: fully fitted, ready-to-use office spaces, with no long-term commitment, one company per floor, and all services included. Snapdesk also supports real estate owners in transforming and operating their assets through management agreements, in a market where serviced offices now represent around 30% of office transactions in Paris.
Today, Snapdesk is the third-largest serviced office operator in Paris, with 80 locations covering more than 17,000 sqm.
