Thibaut Taittinger, founder Puzl CowOrKing (FR)

Thibaut Taittinger is a French entrepreneur who fell in love with CEE many years ago. He has more than 15 years of experience both as a property developer and an IT startup founder. He is the founding CEO of Puzl, the Operational REdeveloper for the future of Work.

Puzl CowOrKing was created out of opportunity. At the time, Puzl was an IT startup who, with the closing of a new round of funding, started looking for an office. While actively searching for an office, the team visited the old Vitosha sewing factory in Sofia and it was love at first site. Only a slight problem… The offered space was 10x too big for the startup and required heavy renovations. This is how the coworking was launched. The IT focus was a natural move with the goal to create a community of like-minded people sharing a same culture and facing similar challenges.

8 years down the line, Puzl CowOrKing boasts over 1,000 seats in Sofia and will soon announce a central location. Puzl, on its’ mission to connect IT across CEE, is also growing regionally with the conversion of an old textile factory in Budapest into an 850 seat IT Coworking. The Phase 1 is set to open in November 2024. Complementary to its coworking, Puzl further created Barter Community Hub which is multi-purpose space including event space, meeting rooms, bar, café and an amazing roof terrace.

Puzl is a sustainable Real Estate operator, fully focused on the adaptive reuse of ex-factories and city landmarks into modern Class-A equivalent IT coworkings. Converting industrial buildings into coworkings is a real challenge. As such, Puzl create its own Architectural and furniture Studio fully specialized in sustainability.
