Tom has 17 years of experience in the flexible workspace sector and he has experience working for both operators and consultants. He is Head of Flexible workspace consulting at Colliers EMEA, where he is responsible for the SmartFlex advisory platform of 7 specialist consultants, supporting corporate occupiers in incorporating flexible workspace into their portfolios. In addition, he advises investors in integrating flexible workspace and amenities into assets and has advised on over 7000m2 of partnerships between operators and landlords. Prior to this Tom worked at Avanta, Breather, and Instant Offices.
