After spending four years with Mindspace in Germany, across Munich and Frankfurt, Tony returned to his home city, Sofia, to found WorkBetter, the leading coworking and flex-space provider in Bulgaria.
Today, WorkBetter is home to more than 97 companies and over 1,800 professionals across three locations in Sofia. Its portfolio spans 13,500 sqm and more than 1,250 workstations with a fourth and largest location already in development for 2028, adding another 10,000 sqm and 900 desks.
From day one, Tony’s vision went beyond creating modern workspaces, he set out to build a strong, community-driven brand. That vision has become one of WorkBetter’s greatest strengths. Building and maintaining an engaged in-person community of nearly 2,000 people is no small achievement, yet Tony and the WorkBetter team have successfully made it a core part of the company’s identity and continued growth.
