Vincent Levenez has been working in the flex office and flexible workspace industry for over 10 years. He notably served as Area Sales Manager at IWG for nearly 4 years, where he developed deep expertise in the market, real estate challenges, and corporate needs around flexible office spaces.
Through years of experience, site visits, negotiations, and supporting companies of all sizes, he identified a lack of independent, specialized guidance on the user side. It was from this observation that the idea for Flashoffice was born.
In 2020, he co-founded Flashoffice with Timothée Rebour, with the ambition of creating a hybrid brokerage model combining the expertise of a flex office specialist broker with an approach resolutely centered on the needs of businesses. Their goal: to bring greater transparency, simplicity, and performance to the search for flexible office spaces, while delivering an innovative and personalized client experience.
Today, Flashoffice supports more than 1,200 companies in their flexible real estate projects, helping them identify the most suitable solutions for their growth, transformation, and employee experience challenges. Through an approach grounded in transparency, market expertise, and innovation, Flashoffice has established itself as a leading player in the flex office sector in France and internationally.
