Yvan is a strong advocate for hybrid work models and the role of flex spaces in driving tenant experience, asset value, and urban revitalization.
Prior to joining Industrious, Yvan was part of the founding team at The Great Room, where he helped shape and scale the brand into one of Asia’s leading premium workspace providers. The Great Room was acquired by Industrious in 2022, bringing his journey full circle.
