Ireland is to double the growth of the flex workspace’s new capacity development in 2023.
More than 10,000 sqm of new serviced office buildings opened last year in the country, and more than 20,000 are scheduled to open this year says Workthere‘s latest analysis.
This impressive growth is fueled by a mix of prominent local operators including Iconic OfficesGlandore, and Grafter as well as international brands like IWG plc or Huckletree.
“The average daily occupancy levels in flex spaces are at 81%, compared to lower levels for conventional offices, although these are increasing month-on-month,” said Kim Hogan, Workthere Lead for Ireland.
