Swedish coworking operator United Spaces opens a new cutting-edge coworking in Jönköping.
The 1,500 square meters of space will be part of Werket, Castellum’s new destination for business development in the region.
United Spaces has over 4,000 members in 10 facilities today and a total of over 35,000 square meters.
The ambitions are high: this will not be just any office building, but rather a new hub where the region’s business community can network and develop together.
“There is a clear demand in the region, not only for flexible and inspiring coworking environments and tailored service but also for the kind of development-driven networking and content that we will offer”, says Emelie Mannheimer, CEO of United Spaces.
The company was founded in 1999 and since 2019 is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fastighetsbolaget Castellum.
The establishment in Jönköping will be the company’s eleventh coworking facility.
