Swedish real estate developer Fabege opens a second coworking space (CoW) in Stockholm.
The new 1,436 sqm facility features 24 offices, 40 desks, and 13 meeting rooms and is located in a strategic business hub near the Mall of Scandinavia.
Fabege’s venture into coworking aligns with its market cap of 2.7 billion EUR (29BSEK) and property value of 7.9 billion EUR (83BSEK) as of Q2 2023.
