This would be the first domestic IPO for a coworking brand.
“Backed by ChrysCapital and Peak XV Partners, Awfis plans to raise around $100 million to $125 million via the proposed listing and has mandated ICICI Securities, IIFL Capital, and Axis Capital as advisors,” said a report by Moneycontrol quoting multiple industry sources.
Awfis currently operates 150 spaces across 17 cities in the country, offering 88,000 seats to over 1,500 companies.
