Silversquare, one of Belgium’s most prominent flex players continues its national expansion with the opening of a new 4,000 sqm in Louvain-La-Neuve.
This will be the second space of Silversquare in the region, but its number 11th across the country.
The Walloon University town is well-known for its innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, which was one of the reasons for Silversquare to settle there.
“The existence of a modern business park and the establishment of leading companies reinforce the status of Louvain-la-Neuve as an economic center. These companies, as well as those considering setting up there, benefit not only from easy access to highly qualified university talent but also from strong links with research and innovation,” said Alexandre Ponchon, co-founder of Silversquare.
The new space will offer 350 workstations and is set to open in early 2024.
