Swedish coworking operator Genetor Coworking keeps strengthening its footprint in Southern Sweden with a 6th location in Malmö.

Launched in 2019, Genetor operates locations in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg, cumulating a total of 10.400 m2 of flexible workspaces. With this new Malmö location, Genetor is taking over the place’s operations from another major Swedish coworking operator, Helio.

Helio Workspaces is among the fast growing coworking players in the Stockholm area, with 10 locations. It’s not told why Hello Workspaces hands over the Malmö location to Genetor, in a building owned by Svenska Hus , one of Helio’s shareholders, according to the source article.

“[The new K6 Building where Genetor moves in] has a very strategic location in Malmö. Our expansion is a direct response to the increasing demand for flexible workplaces in the region”, comments Fredrik Sköld, CEO of Genetor.
