Spanish Aticco confirms goal of reaching 100,000 m² of coworking spaces in Spain and Beyond

The Barcelona-based coworking operator Aticco has confirmed its plans to reach a total of 100,000 m² of coworking space.
The group, which raised €10 million in 2024, currently operates 60,000 m² across 14 locations. Aticco recently announced the opening of five new spaces in Barcelona, Madrid, and Valencia. In Madrid, its latest location will span 6,000 m² and feature amenities such as a gym, restaurant, parking, terraces, event spaces, and an auditorium.
The company is also diversifying its offerings by focusing on industry-specific hubs. These include the Barcelona Finance Hub, a workspace dedicated to fostering innovation within the financial sector, and the Madrid Health Hub (MHH), a leading space for digital health innovation that connects companies, startups, and professionals in the healthcare industry.
To support these initiatives, Aticco has enhanced its event-hosting capabilities.
“We are investing in modern, high-capacity event rooms to create more opportunities for collaboration and the growth of our community,” says Gabriel Espín, Aticco’s CEO. In 2024, the group organized over 150 training sessions, networking events, and community activities across its spaces, including collaborations with key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
