British Coworking Giant Fora to Open New 15,000 m² Flagship in London’s King’s Cross

Fora, the leading British coworking operator, is set to open a new 15,000 m² flagship location in the heart of King’s Cross, one of London’s most vibrant districts.

The company will manage the entire 12-floor Jellicoe building. The coworking operator will offer flexible workspace solutions designed to accommodate various business needs. Coworking and flexible office spaces will be available from the 3rd to the 8th floor, with capacities ranging from 2 to 200 desks. The ground floor will feature premium amenities, including an on-site café, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a multifunctional wellness suite, and a landscaped rooftop terrace.

The top three floors will be available for traditional leasing, catering to businesses looking for more permanent office space.

Fora’s website highlights that the location will offer “ready-to-use private offices, bespoke design and furnishings upon request, flexible licenses with a minimum three-month term, and full-floor occupancy with the option to scale.” The rooftop terrace will serve as an additional shared amenity space for members.

This new opening is the result of a collaboration between Fora and property developer Related Argent. Fora, which merged with The Office Group (TOG) in 2022, now operates 60 locations across the UK and Germany (Berlin), solidifying its position as a major player in the European flexible workspace market.
