Poste Italiane Launches Coworking Partnership for Lawyers Across Italy

Italian lawyers affiliated with Cassa Forense will have access to a national coworking network, following a new agreement between the lawyers’ social security and welfare institution and Poste Italiane’s Spazi per l’Italia project.
The initiative gives eligible members of Cassa Forense (a mandatory pension and welfare fund for lawyers in Italy, with approximately 245,000 affiliates) access to discounted coworking services in over 250 locations across the country.
The announcement outlines a plan to provide flexible workspace options tailored to the needs of legal professionals. Lawyers will be able to book private offices, open-space desks, and, where available, meeting rooms in centrally located, renovated buildings managed by Poste Italiane.
Currently, 50 coworking locations are operational, with an additional 200 expected to open as part of Poste Italiane’s national POLIS project. The facilities include Wi-Fi, utilities, climate control, printing services, and break areas.
To access the service, lawyers must retrieve a reusable discount code from their personal area on the Cassa Forense website, which can be entered on the Spazi per l’Italia booking platform. The code provides a reduced rate for coworking services and can be reused for multiple reservations.
While the agreement outlines access terms and locations, no estimate was provided regarding how many members of Cassa Forense are expected to use the service.
This partnership represents a further step in Poste Italiane’s efforts to expand flexible work infrastructure across Italy, and it positions Spazi per l’Italia as a nationwide network supporting professionals across sectors, says the company. For Cassa Forense, the collaboration offers members a practical option for workspace mobility, especially for those who travel or work outside of traditional office environments.
