German Coworking Operator Office Club Opens 20th European Location In Zurich

German operator Office Club will open a new flexible office in Zurich in summer 2026, marking the company’s 20th location in Europe and its second site in Switzerland. The new workspace will be located on Bahnhofstrasse, one of Europe’s best-known premium business addresses.

The Zurich project will focus on private offices, coworking access, and meeting facilities within a boutique business centre format. Commenting on the expansion on his Linkedin page, Office Club co-founder Philipp Roth said: “Zurich is a logical next step for us.”

Founded in Berlin in 2011 by Simon Schier and Philipp Roth, Office Club will operate 16 locations in Germany, two in Italy, and two in Switzerland following the new opening. The company serves more than 10,000 members and employs around 100 on-site staff.

The company positions itself as a boutique operator, emphasizing personalised service, flexible memberships, transparent pricing, and hospitality-led workplace environments. According to Philipp Roth, the company aims to become “one of Europe’s leading providers of flexible working. Not the biggest – we’re happy to leave that to others. But the one where you feel most at home.”
