Big difference in price for flex desks between the higher and the lower end in London
The difference in price for desks between the higher end and the lower end of the market has more than doubled in London between 2021 and 2022.
The rest of the UK has witnessed a slower 20% increase between the higher end of desk prices, with a wider range of options between the lower to middle end of the market, says Workthere’s latest report.
“Distinct flight to quality, coupled with a significant lack of supply in the flexible office sector has exacerbated the distinction between the top and lower ends of the market.” adds Cal Lee, Founder & Head of Workthere.
