Set to open in early 2024 the new hotel will blend Viennese charm with smart tech including 202 rooms, meeting spaces, and coworking facilities.
What will set it apart is the innovation in facility automation – rooms will feature infrared presence detectors to minimize energy use, with lighting and climate monitored for optimal efficiency.
A sustainable vision will be completed by eco-friendly materials and green spaces.
