Hogeschool Odisee, a university of applied sciences running 6 campuses in Belgium, launched a coworking space in its Brussels location, open to the staff but also to local residents.
The launch comes as a post-pandemic effect where the campus adopted a hybrid work model, resulting in underutilized office spaces.
The transformed seventh-floor spaces now serve as inclusive work and meeting spots.
The project received € 236.000 in subsidies from the Flemish Brussels Fund and aligns with Odisee’s cooperative approach and the development of community networks.
