Dutch Real Estate Developer EDGE announces the opening of a 23,885 sqm multi-purpose space in Rotterdam, which will include 5,000 sqm of coworking space. The rest of the building will mix office spaces, retail spaces, and public spaces.

“EDGE Coolsingel aims to become Rotterdam’s first Net Zero Carbon office building. In alignment with Edge’s values around sustainability and wellbeing, EDGE Coolsingel is set to achieve WELL Core & Shell Platinum certification,” says the EDGE team.

The new space, currently in construction, is set to open in 2026. This will be EDGE’s 5th coworking space. EDGE currently operates in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Hamburg.
