IKEA expands its Hej!Workstation(Hej!Workshop) concept in Europe and opens its second location in the continent in Bratislava.
The news came out after the successful launch of their first center in Stockholm last year.
The free-to-access coworking space is located in Avion Shopping Park, a property the mother company of IKEA owns.
Located on the 1st floor of the Commercial Center, the space will offer 16 workstations bookable online, all days of the week, and will be fully furnished by IKEA.
“We are excited to welcome Hej!Workstation to Avion in Bratislava,” said Andrea Aujeska, Meeting Place Manager, and added, “The name speaks for itself. Hej! means hello in Swedish, used casually as a greeting between friends and equals – a way to spark new conversations and ideas. We see Hej!Workstation is a local hub for creative minds, entrepreneurs, and businesses; offering a variety of accessible workspaces to foster collaboration and growth. It’s where flexibility meets community and where work meets well-being.”
Hej!Workstation is also available in San Francisco, US where the brand partnered with one of the US largest flex operators Industrious.
