French flexible workspace INSITU Groupe has a annual revenues target of up to 50 Millions € by 2027. The facility management services provider Armonia becomes a shareholder of the company by taking 20% of the capital.

Among different major projects, in 2025, Insitu plans to open in Paris a new 5.000 m2 concept called “Work Palace”, positioned on the luxury segment of the workspace market, which will include a spa and a valet service.

The company will also open in Blagnac, close to Toulouse, a 11.000 m2 full service work facility that will host a unique big organization. A 1.500 m2 coworking space with 174 workstations just opened in January 2024 in the center of Toulouse, as well.

In 2024, Insitu expect revenues of 35 Mio €, including the revenues generated by its other business lines in workspace design or in food & beverages services.

InSitu operates flexible workspace locations in different cities in France, such as Rennes, Montpellier or Aix-en-Provence.
