Irish coworking brand Glandore is raising desk capacity to 1.100 seats in Ulster

Irish coworking brand Glandore strengthen its footprint in Belfast, and will raise desk capacity up to 1.100+ members in Ulster.

Established in 2001, Glandore is a family business run by Michael Kelly and his three daughters, Fiona Kelly , Clare Kelly and Rebecca Kelly. The company operates 10 locations in Ireland and Northern Ireland (Dublin, Cork and Belfast).

Glandore expects a 7% market growth in 2024, fueled by a rise in demand for flexible workspace solutions especially in the FinTech industry.

Glendore’s Bottleworks location, located beside Google’s EMEA headquarters in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks, represents a 40% increase in Glandore’s portfolio capacity in Dublin. https://lnkd.in/emx5-w_M
