Coworking group Newton Offices keeps expanding across France, with new locations in Toulouse and Lyon

French coworking group Newton Offices keeps expanding all across France, with two new locations to open in Toulouse and in Lyon.

Launched in 2017 by Marseille entrepreneur Guillaume Pellegrin, Newton Offices operates locations in 8 regional cities (Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Sophia-Antipolis, Montpellier). The company owns the (recently constructed) buildings from which it operates from, covering a total surface of 42.000 m2.

Four new buildings are in the pipe and will soon be activated.

Newton Offices is a subsidiary of Tivoli Capital and KKR.

The new announced Lyon space will accommodate tenants on 1.000 m2, 5 minutes away from the fast train TGV railway station. The newly announced Toulouse space will be 4.000 m2 big and located close to the main city railway station as well.
