French coworking operator Hiptown inaugurates a new 7.000 m2 big location at the Porte Maillot, Paris

French coworking operator Hiptown Loves You inaugurates a new 7.000 m2 big location at the Porte Maillot district, in Paris.

Launched in 2019, Hiptown runs more than 35 locations spread over Paris, Bordeaux, Lyons, Rennes, Lille and Marseille.

The real estate group Nexity is among the main shareholders.

Hiptown offers a wide range of services, from regular coworking desks, private offices, meeting room rental as well as “Bureaux opérés” (operated offices) a customized private workspace solution for corporate customers. The coworking operators underlines its sustainability related values. The premises might be equiped with second hand furniture and some locations are created within facilities that were not originally aimed at becoming proper work environments.

The new location at Porte Maillot will be able to accommodate teams from 1 to 250 people, says Hiptown on its website.
