Slovakian Property Company HB Reavis Re-Invests In Its HubHub Coworking Brand With London New Opening

In a strategic move to revitalize its coworking brand, HubHub, Slovakian real estate developer HB Reavis has inaugurated a new 1.800 m2 space at a newly developed 13.000 m2 building in London, at Worship Square in the Shoreditch district.
The building boasts over 400 m2 of terraces, a rooftop communal area with a vegetable garden, and is equipped with smart building technology to enhance user experience.
This new HubHub opening comes after the HB Reavis shuttered its HubHub locations in Bratislava, Budapest, Warsaw, and Prague over the past few years.
It will be the second HubHub location in London.
HubHub was still operating a 3.000 m2 coworking space in Farringdon Street.
The newly launched HubHub will feature coworking areas with flexible desks, focus zones, breakout spaces, bookable meeting rooms, amenities such as an event space accommodating up to 80 people and an in-house barista in the lobby to enhance the overall experience for members, it is said.
The decision to concentrate HubHub’s operations in London aligns with HB Reavis’s strategic focus on key markets.
