Morning Coworking opens its 50th location in the Paris region

Morning Coworking, one of the leading French coworking operators, strengthens its presence in the Île-de-France region by opening its 50th location.
It’s actually a reopening, as Morning had previously left the Boulogne-Billancourt district. The newly announced 3,000 m² space, spread across eight stories, marks its return to the area after a few years.
Morning shall announce further new openings in 2025, according to the French financial daily Les Echos.
Established in 2014, Morning has experienced rapid growth, becoming a significant player in France’s coworking market. In 2019, the company partnered with Nexity, a major French real estate group, to further its development. This collaboration enabled Morning to expand its footprint, particularly in the Paris region, where it now operates numerous coworking spaces.
However, in 2024, Nexity faced financial challenges due to a slowdown in the commercial real estate sector. As part of its asset sales strategy to reduce debt, Nexity considered selling Morning, its coworking subsidiary. Despite these considerations, Morning continued its expansion, reflecting its resilience and the sustained demand for flexible workspaces in France.
