French ultra-luxury flex operator Kwerk resumes its expansion with a fifth location in Paris

The French luxury flexible workspace operator Kwerk has announced the opening of a new location in the heart of one of Paris’ chic districts. This marks the company’s fifth site in the capital and its first expansion in several years.
Co-founded in 2015 by entrepreneur Lawrence Knights and architect-designer Albert Angel, Kwerk positions itself as a premium coworking option. The brand is known for blending high-end hospitality with architectural design and wellness offerings tailored for executives and creative professionals.
The new “Messine” address is located in a historic building dating back to 1875, and includes direct access to an adjacent property on Rue de la Bienfaisance. The property underwent extensive renovations led by Angel, with a notable architectural feature in the main lobby: a custom-built dome described as a “levitating” structure, constructed over 7,000 hours by French artisans.
The opening comes at a time when premium flexible office space is gaining renewed traction in Paris, particularly in central districts such as the so-called “triangle d’or” of business streets around Rue La Boétie. According to Knights, the new site is situated “where the heart of Paris business beats,” highlighting the brand’s continued focus on strategic location and design innovation.
Kwerk operates with a team of around 50 employees..
