Cluster Coworking and BeIN Offices Forge Strategic Alliance to Expand Footprint in Poland

Cluster Offices and BeIN Offices, both key figures in the Polish coworking space market, have established a strategic alliance by forming a joint sales force.

A recent blog post from Cluster announced the collaboration, highlighting that this partnership will broaden their office space offerings and better align with client expectations. “We have partnered with BeIN Offices to expand our office space options and more closely meet our clients’ needs,” the blog post stated. BeIN Offices is known for its high-quality serviced offices, coworking spaces, and conference rooms, catering to companies seeking flexible space solutions to avoid long-term commitments and adapt rapidly to changing business needs.”

The announcement does not clarify whether the new sales network will operate under a new brand, nor does it discuss any further integration plans or potential merger between Cluster and BeIN Offices.

Currently, Cluster Coworking manages 10 locations across Poland, including major cities like Warsaw, Katowice, Krakow, and Szczecin.

BeIN Offices, part of the ART-Tech Fund portfolio, operates 9 high-end coworking spaces across Poland, basically in the same cities as Cluster, and shall scale up to 30.000 m2 of total managed surface this year.

BeIN plans to expand its presence to 12 cities across Poland, enhancing our position as a leader in the flexible office market.

“Our intention is to stop all unprofitable projects and processes, to optimize our energy prices in the entire network and to launch new services and products that will allow us to scale even faster in the coming years, comments Lucas Kaleta, CEO of BeIN Offices, in a  LinkedIn post.

“This is an important step for both of us – we strengthen our brands, develop our offer and create real value for our customers”, says Ewa Kucharska, on her side, Cluster founder and CEO, in a LinkedIn blogpost. With the new partnership,

The alliance is part of a trend where small or big businesses are increasingly turning to flexible workspaces in response to changing work patterns influenced by digital transformation and the recent shift towards remote working. Both companies aim to capitalize on this trend by combining their resources and expertise to offer more competitive and comprehensive workspace solutions.
