Networkia Expands Further in Madrid, Cementing Its Status as a Leading Coworking Operator in Spain

The Spanish coworking operator Networkia Workspaces has unveiled a new flexible workspace in Madrid’s financial district, adding 2,250 m² of premium office space with the opening of Networkia Plaza Castilla.

Located on the 10th and 11th floors of the Torre Rioja, a LEED Gold-certified smart building, the space marks Networkia’s fifth center in the capital and its second new location launched in 2025.

This latest addition strengthens Networkia’s already significant presence in Madrid, where it also operates in Cuzco, Colón, Castellana, and La Moraleja (Alcobendas)—four of the city’s most sought-after business hubs. The new Plaza Castilla space features 30 private offices, 5 meeting rooms, and collaborative areas that blend sustainability and flexible layouts, states the company.

The opening continues to reinforce Networkia’s position as a key player in Spain’s flexible office sector, further expanding its footprint in Madrid as part of a broader growth strategy across the country, with a total managed surface of over 26,000 m2 between Madrid and Barcelona.

Founded in 2012, Networkia was among the early adopters of the flexible office model in Spain. Since then, it has focused on delivering high-quality, technologically advanced, and service-oriented environments for companies of all sizes.
