Multi-Brand British Flex Workspace Operator BEOffices Opens 11th Location in the UK

The British flex workspace group BE Offices will expand its London presence with a new location at the eight-storey tall “White Chapel” Building, in London, taking 3.350 m2 across part of the ground and first floors.

The site is expected to launch close to full occupancy, says a press release. The building is owned by the Property company Derwent London.

BE Offices operates multiple coworking brands: BE.Spoke, the managed workspace arm (focusing on creating and running customised, fully managed offices for larger corporate occupiers, in collaboration with landlords), Headspace Group (coworking for creative and media industries) and &Meeting (focused on meeting rooms).

With this addition, BE Offices will operate 11 locations in total, with coverage spanning London, Birmingham, Glasgow or Southampton.

The company says the site’s scale and location will enable it to cater to enterprise-level requirements while integrating hospitality-led workspace services.

“I’m thrilled to announce our latest transaction, this time with Derwent London, one of the capital’s most innovative and exciting landlords. Our vison is to deliver a dynamic, hospitality-driven flex offering“, says Jonathan Weinbrenn, Managing Director of BE.Spoke, BE’s managed workspace division, quoted in the press release.

BE Offices, founded in 1994 by David Saul and Simon Rusk, is among the UK’s large independent flexible workspace providers.

Jonathan Weinbrenn is a strong supporter of Coworking Europe and a regular speaker.
