French operator Newton Offices expands into Paris region with 5,000 sqm flexible workspace in Clichy
France’s Newton Offices opened a new flexible workspace in Clichy (Greater Paris) in April 2026. The site delivers 5,000 sqm of office space and marks the operator’s first location in the Paris region.
According to French media Voyages d’Affaires, the opening is part of a broader expansion strategy. Guillaume Pellegrin, founder of Tivoli Capital, the parent company of Newton Offices, said: “We’re aiming to establish a foothold in all the tertiary sector regions of France, including cities where we don’t yet have a presence, such as Bordeaux, Nantes and Rennes. In the Paris region, we’re starting with Clichy, but the idea is to move as quickly as possible towards the centre of the capital and the major tertiary centres around the metropolis.”
The workspace is located in L’Usinerie, a refurbished industrial building that retains the structure of a former factory. The development forms part of a larger 15,000 sqm asset, with Newton Offices operating two floors while additional space in the building is marketed separately.
The site provides around 550 workstations and a mix of workspace formats, including private offices, coworking areas and fully customisable managed offices. Shared areas include meeting rooms, terraces, a patio and spaces designed for collaboration and events. Newton Offices also delivers services across the building, including business facilities, wellness and food offerings.
The building is located in a mixed-use district close to Clichy Town Hall, with access to public transport and major road connections, placing it within an established business and residential area in the Paris metropolitan region.
The project is developed in partnership with Praemia REIM France, which owns the asset.
Newton Offices is a French flexible workspace operator providing managed offices and serviced workspaces. According to the company website, it has designed, furnished and operated more than 70,000 sqm of offices and meeting spaces since 2017, across nine cities in France.
