Irish Operator Iconic Offices Adds 15th Dublin Location In Deal With Hotel Investors
Iconic Offices has expanded its Dublin network to 15 locations through a new deal covering a 6,040 sqm building in central Dublin that previously served as the Irish headquarters of KBC Bank.
According to The Irish Times, the building’s landlord is one of Ireland’s leading privately owned hotel groups, which has recently expanded into Dublin office real estate through multiple acquisitions. While one office asset remains traditionally leased until at least 2028, this newly acquired building will be repositioned with a flexible workspace operator, reflecting growing diversification between hospitality and office investments.
The redevelopment of Iconic Offices’s new site will introduce premium headquarters-style flexible workspace, wellness facilities, and conference space within one of Dublin’s best-known heritage office buildings. Originally constructed in 1946, the property is being restored and repositioned for modern occupiers, combining historic architecture with contemporary workspace design and hospitality-focused amenities.
Founded in Dublin in 2013, Iconic Offices operates 15 flexible workspace locations across Dublin city centre, covering the full flex office spectrum from coworking and private offices to virtual offices, meeting rooms, and managed office solutions. The company serves more than 2,000 members ranging from startups to larger international occupiers.
