Spanish Operator LOOM to Add 16th Location to Madrid and Barcelona Network

Spanish flexible workspace operator LOOM will open its 16th location in January 2027 with a new hub in central Madrid. The new site, LOOM Callao, will occupy more than 2,300 sqm across three floors, located two minutes from Puerta del Sol, a major transport hub and a prime retail, tourism and business destination.

The workspace will feature 11 meeting rooms, three private terraces and a rooftop terrace overlooking the city centre. A multi-purpose event space with its own terrace is also planned. According to the company, the sixth floor has been designed with private terraces to provide an exclusive environment for occupiers.

LOOM Callao has been conceived to accommodate a broad range of occupiers, including startups, scaleups, large corporations and project teams. The operator said the flexibility of the space allows it to be adapted to different requirements, with a particular focus on bespoke headquarters solutions for larger companies.

Founded in 2016, LOOM is one of Spain’s largest flexible workspace operators. The company currently manages 16 locations, including 12 in Madrid and four in Barcelona. Its portfolio comprises coworking spaces, private offices and enterprise solutions designed for companies of different sizes.

LOOM forms part of Merlin Properties, one of the biggest commercial property owners in the Iberian Peninsula, with over 120 office spaces in their portfolio in Spain and Portugal.

According to company announcements, additional locations are also scheduled to open next year in both Madrid and Barcelona as LOOM continues to expand its network.
