Portuguese Operator DeHouse to Open 8th Location With New Lisbon Workspace

Portuguese flexible workspace operator DeHouse is preparing to open its eighth location with a new workspace at Picoas Plaza in Lisbon’s central business district. The operators portfolio is comprising five DeHouse-branded coworking centres, two managed flex workspaces operated under the Buz flexible office brand for real estate developer Castro Group, and one managed corporate workplace for technology company Subvisual.

Located in central Lisbon, Picoas Plaza is a modern office complex with direct access to the city’s public transport network and is surrounded by restaurants, retail and business services. According to DeHouse, the new location is designed for startups, established businesses and remote teams seeking a central base in the Portuguese capital.

Founded in 2017, DeHouse has gradually expanded beyond traditional coworking. Alongside its own branded locations, the company also operates managed flexible workspaces on behalf of landlords and corporate occupiers.

The latest project follows DeHouse’s acquisition of the former Selina coworking and coliving site in Porto, announced in late 2024. The operator took over the centrally located workspace after coworking & coliving operator Selina’s exit from the Portuguese market, further expanding its network through a combination of new openings, management contracts and existing asset acquisitions.
