Singapore’s The Work Project Opens Third London Location

Singapore-based premium flexible workspace operator The Work Project has signed a lease with global real estate investment manager BGO to open its third London location. The new workspace will occupy approximately 2,415 sqm across the entire first floor of the landmark office development, which is scheduled for completion this summer.

The new location will offer flexible workspace on lease terms starting from three months, with products ranging from dedicated desks to private offices accommodating up to 36 people. The workspace will also include approximately 465 sqm of affordable workspace designed for startups, SMEs and local businesses.

Occupiers will have access to a range of shared amenities integrated throughout the building. These include an events and members’ club, a multi-purpose arena, wellness facilities, a 200-metre walking track for informal meetings, rooftop gardens and an urban farm, alongside retail and hospitality facilities at ground level.
