Global Coworking Giant Industrious to Open Second Brussels Location On The Prestigious Avenue Louise

The US based coworking operator Industrious  is set to expand its footprint in the Belgian capital with the opening of a second Brussels location at The Precedent, Avenue Louise. The new site is scheduled to open in September 2026, adding a second address to the company’s network after its entry into Brussels’ European Quarter.

The new workspace will be located in The Precedent, a recently redeveloped office building on one of Brussels’ main business avenues. According to Industrious, the location will offer private offices, coworking space, meeting rooms, private terraces and panoramic views over the city, extending the company’s hospitality-led workplace offering into one of Brussels’ most established office markets.

The opening follows Industrious’ launch of its first Brussels operation in the EU District. Earlier this year, the company expanded that location before confirming that The Precedent would become its second address in the Belgian capital. Once opened, Brussels will count two Industrious locations serving different office submarkets: the European institutions district and the Louise business district.

Brussels represents a strategic market for flexible workspace providers due to its concentration of European institutions, multinational corporations, diplomatic missions and professional services firms. Avenue Louise is one of the city’s principal office corridors, attracting international occupiers alongside law firms, financial institutions and corporate headquarters. By establishing a presence in both the EU Quarter and Louise, Industrious broadens its coverage of two of Brussels’ largest business districts.

Founded in 2012 in New York, Industrious has grown into one of the world’s largest premium flexible workspace operators. The company was acquired by CBRE in 2025 and now operates more than 250 locations across more than 85 cities worldwide. Its portfolio includes private offices, coworking memberships, enterprise suites and meeting spaces, with an operating model focused on hospitality and partnerships with office landlords.

The Brussels expansion forms part of Industrious’ continued growth across Europe. Recent recruitment for sales and member experience roles in Belgium also reflects preparations for the enlarged local portfolio ahead of the Louise opening.

During Coworking Europe 2025 conference in Berlin, the company hosted the conference’s traditional warm-up networking event at one of its Berlin locations, bringing together delegates from across the international coworking and flexible office industry before the start of the annual conference.
