Aticco closes an investment round of €10 million to boost expansion in the Iberian Peninsula.
Several family offices as well as GCO Activos-Inmobiliarios, belonging to GCO (Grupo Catalana Occidente S.A. ), the new investors, will acquire a minority stake in Aticco. The founders Juan Carlos Morales Guerrero, Franz Palleres and Gabriel Espin Ordas , will continue to have majority control of the company.
“With this capital, the scaleup aims to continue its strategic expansion in different cities of the Iberian Peninsula and become one of the main players in the sector in southern Europe”, according to Aticco Workspaces. “The company continues to position itself in the coworking sector at a national level with its current 10 shared work spaces.”
