Business Link, one of Poland’s largest coworking operators, is increasing its footprint in the country with a new opening in the city of Poznan.

Business Link is the coworking arm of the Swedish Real Estate group Skanska.

“In line with our strategy, we continue to develop Business Link in office buildings owned by Skanska. After last year’s opening in Centrum Południe in Wrocław and the upcoming inauguration of the second location in Warsaw, we are announcing the expansion of our operations on the promising market in Poznań”, says Ewelina Kałużna, MD of Business Link, who was a speaker at Coworking Europe 2023, last year, in Porto.

The new Poznan location will be 2.000 m2 big and will have a capacity of 270 seats. It will be part of a wider complex developed by Skanska, which will ultimately consist of five buildings with different functionalities, for a total usable area of 100,000 m2.

So far, Business Link operates locations in six cities in Poland.
