Blackstone private equity real estate’s arm has taken over Village Hotels, a UK operator of business hotels which includes the coworking service VWorks.

VWorks operates 21 locations in the UK , offering flex and fixed desks, out of the 33 hotels network of Village Hotels located in regional cities such as Bournemouth, Newcastle or Aberdeen…

The subscription to the coworking service can go from the simple access to one single location to a seamless access to all of the 21 coworking locations in country. A platinum package includes the coworking service and an access to all the Wellness and leisure facilities provided by within the Village Hotels network.

Village Hotel was previously owned by the Private Equity firm KSL Capital Partners, specializing in leisure and travel businesses.
